made prior to pricing alterations will not be subjected to new
pricing structures.
Discounts of up to 25% are available for
multiple bookings (subject to availability), this is dependant
upon number of bookings made per 3 month period. These are
defined as Jan – Mar; Apr – Jun; Jul – Sep; Oct – Dec. Discounts
are not applied to New Years Eve bookings.

Discounts are applied via a refund at the commencement of the
following quarter. For example an event planner has held 47
events with The Disco Co between Jan – Mar - the combined
performance fees being £9400. This would make a refund payment
of 20% in Apr totaling £1880.
Mileage charges will be applied for venues
further than 25 miles from The Disco Co base (DH1 5EL) at the
rate of 40p per mile.
